🍪Calming Cookies For Your Horse🍪
The calming cookies from Premier Performance are handmade and completely natural. They are perfect for stressful or excitable situations, for example for a horse that gets stressed for the farrier or a little fresh when you take a trip out to a clinic or competition. They help to keep you horse confident, calm and focused, whilst not affecting their performance… as you don’t want a sleepy pony when you’ve got a competition or a clinic to go to 🤣 They will help to take the edge off but not your horses energy.
The horse calming cookies contain L-Tyrosine which is used to produce the neurotransmitter Serotonin, Serotonin is thought to be a natural mood stabiliser, which can help provide a more focused and confident horse.
They also contain L- Arginine which is used by the body to change into nitric oxide, as the nitric oxide levels get greater it can help deliver animo acids quicker. Premier Performance calming cookies don’t contain any fillers, binders or any known FEI prohibited substances.
Although they’re perfect for helping to calm your horse, they do contain molasses, therefor a calming powder is recommended for any horses that are sensitive to sugar. They’re also not suitable for horses with EMS or laminitis.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Give your horse one cookie then leave 30-45 minutes then proceed as normal, they last 3-4 hours and can be topped up every 3 hours. They can be fed 2-3 consecutive days to build up levels, and you can feed up to 6 cookies a day.

Stan can get very stressed when being left alone, wether that be in the field, at a show or in his stable. I’ve been using the calming cookies with him for a few weeks and have definitely noticed that he seems more chilled and not so hot headed.
Overall I’d definitely recommend the Premier Performance calming cookies, if you’ve got a nervous, or stressy horse/pony... I’ve noticed massive differences in Stan’s behaviour since using them.
