New from LeMieux for Spring / Summer 2020 , the stunning Citron collection !! ⭐️

If you’ve followed me for a while you’ll know how much I love mustard (a now discontinued LeMieux colour) , so when i saw that a new shade of yellow was being released I was super excited to get my hands on one 🤣 I first saw the new Spring / Summer 2020 colours at Beta trade show at the start of January, and was counting down the days until I could add them to my ever growing LeMieux collection. So when I received a parcel from Horse Health containing the full Citron outfit I was eager to try it out on Blue... and wow I’m obsessed with how it looks on him!!

SADDLE PAD & FLY VEIL

Benefiting from all the fantastic features that make LeMieux saddle pads my absolute go to, such as the super soft suede binding, pu leather girth protection area, elasticated d - ring tabs and my personal favourite feature, the bamboo lining. The super soft bamboo lining controls and absorbs sweat as well as minimising friction. The Citron saddle pad comes in general purpose, dressage and close contact cut so whatever your discipline there’s one perfect for you.

Then onto the matching fly veil which is a gorgeous grey colour with a Citron trim and logo detailing, i think the grey really compliments the stunning pale yellow colour too. The fly veil is made from quality 3 way crochet and stitching with lycra ears making it super breathable for the horse as well.

BANDAGES

The LeMieux bandages are made from a new improved luxury fleece which also helps avoid piling, they can be used on their own or over the LeMieux under bandage pads too. The bandages are 3.8 metres long and come in a lovely zipped carry case making it easier to keep the set all together.

BASE LAYER

The My LeMieux base layers are definitely my go too no matter the weather, the sweat - wicking thermal fabric is designed to help keep you warm and comfortable making these ideal for active riders. These base layers also offer a tailored fit thanks to the anti - microbial material which has a silky smooth feel to it. Whenever wearing my LeMieux base layers I never feel restricted no matter what job I am doing, and this is thanks to the 360° stretch fabrication. The unique moisture - movement system takes sweat away from the skin and is designed to regulate body temperature and to ensure optimum comfort.

I love pairing mine with the My LeMieux polos for a slightly colder day, under a gilet, layered under coats and of course on there own too.. there’s many ways you can wear and style them.

HAT SILK

The My LeMieux hat silks in my option help to finish off the overall matchy look, and are perfect for those who are wanting a matching hat silk for xc too! They’re made from a 4 - way stretch fabric which is silky smooth and are designed to fit over most helmet sizes and offers a secure and snug crease free fit. These hat silks are then finished with a gorgeous faux fur pom pom which is also detachable, meaning you can mix and match with your other LeMieux hat silks too!!
